This large retirement and aged care facility is currently under construction (2019) with Geoff Hesford Engineering providing mechanical services design and documentation services.With a total of 45 no. independent living units over 7 levels and 6 level aged care facility with secure 104 rooms, including dementia secure areas and support facilities, ground level retail, administration and rehabilitation (including a hydrotherapy pool) the project demonstrates GHE’s capacity and flexible design offerings within this sector.
